Lynsey Sharp is through to the Final of the 800m, with an automatic qualification  second place in her semi-final and the second fastest time of 1:58.69

Chris O’Hare was disappointed not to make the final of the 1500m but it is still a great achievement to reach the semi-finals of the Olympic Games.
