There were two noteworthy performances by EAC athletes:-
Men:-                   17^th overall – Neil Renault             –              1:06.58
and our Commonwealth Games High Jumper
Women             17^th overall – Jayne Nisbet            –              1:27.23

The above result need to be taken in the context that there were 10-12 Elite athletes in each of their races!!
