Well done to Andrew Lawler who continues his great season with a Silver Medal for Scotland in the Under 19 race at the International Hill Running Championships in the Wicklow Mountains Ireland. Also competing for the Scotland was Emma Dunnett, who finishing 11th helped the U19 womens team to Silver.
