Hurdling Scotland will be holding the next training session on Sunday 30 January at Pitreavie Stadium from 1-4pm

The session will focus on preparation for championships; and drilling for 400m Hurdles
SAL Starter Ian Tatton has agreed to attend the session to provide a proper starting environment; he will also do a question and answer session following on from session – this will include discussion of new starting rules etc.
