Held on a bright sunny day but with a strong headwind it was a great start to the league, with first places in Division I and Division II

The Forth Valley League is a great introduction to athletics for  young athletes and for many it is their first time competing for their club.
This year the format has changed from three Thursday evening meetings to two Saturday meetings,  with the Divisions split between the  mornings or afternoons.
