This is the fourth successive year I’ve been on a cycle tour and can highly recommend it for taking some time out, relaxing (yes, really) and refocussing on goals and aspirations.
It’s also a great test of resiliance, mental toughness and planning skills. A great way to build endurance and see the countryside in preparation for an Autumn half marathon & cross country season.Watch this space…
