Sainsburys British Championships, Birmingham
We had 4 medal winners  in the British Championships:
In the high jump Emma Nuttall sailed over her previous best, to win Gold with 1.87m.
Chris O’Hare following up on his time of 3:35.37 in the 1500m was a clear winner in the 1500m.
Emily Stewart pushed Elish McColgan most of the way to take silver in the 3000m steeplechase.
Bronze medal winners were Susan McKelvie in the Hammer and Kirsty Yates in the shot putt.
In the long jump, Sarah Warnock jumped 6.20m which is a Commonwealth Games qualifying distance.
