Please note that membership subscription of Edinburgh Athletic Club runs from 1st January to 31st December each year. Therefore payment for the 2013 subscription year is due with effect from Sunday 1st January, 2013.
It was hoped that we would be able to offer on-line payment immediately but unfortunately this is not quite ready to go live. The good news is it will be in a few days! So if you would prefer to do so, please wait and you will receive an E-Mail invitation to renew and create your personal on-line membership account. The facility to pay on-line will also be made available. A new membership page will be launched on the website to bring everyone up to speed with the processes. In the meantime you can continue to renew your membership subscription in the ‘time served’ fashion of using hard copy.

The following three methods are available meantime to facilitate payment:-
- Cheque / Money Order and a completed application form for each member to be posted to the membership secretary.
- Cash and a completed application form to be forwarded to the membership secretary by hand (No cash via the post)
- Completed ‘Standing Order’ instructions for the whole of the annual fee and application form to be forward to the membership secretary. (A Copy can be downloaded from the club website here >>>EAC Bank Standing Order You must include the relevant EAC Membership No(s) in the reference section. The membership secretary will liaise with the club treasurer to confirm your subscription payment.
Attention is drawn to paragraph 3 of the’ Guidance Notes’ which relates to policy in respect of late payment of the subscription fees.
Please note that the AGM in November agreed a slight increase in the subscription fees for most categories of membership. This is in part to account for the administration costs of introducing the on-line renewal and payment facility and in recognition that we have held the subscription payments at the same level since the club was formed. We still firmly believe that the current subscription fees represent great value for money for our members when compared to other mainstream sports.
