The last major Cross Country event for club athletes is the Scottish National Cross Country Championships  held on Saturday 27th February in Callender Park Falkirk.
Please tell team managers if you are available .. they will no doubt email, chat at training , text etc

 Helpers are required to transport and erect the New Club Tent.
For younger age groups, Enid will need help transporting and putting it up the tent,
For seniors we will need help taking it down.

If you are injured , plan to have a cold or n/a to compete, EAC has to provide a number of stewards.. so as to ensure  our athletes don’t take wrong turn or get confused with tape!
