The next Open Graded Meeting to be held is at Grangemouth on 6th May, note that the entries will be capped and entry is on line only, so get your entries in early. www.online-entries.co.uk

All our athletes are encouraged to compete, if you have not competed this year then this is your ideal chance to do so.

Please note that Grangemouth has a new Mondo Track and needle spikes are not permitted.

The reception at Grangemouth have  replacement spikes or Yvonne Jones has them at £2.50 a pack
