Come along and find out how regular pilates could help you to keep yourself upright whilst moving freely and efficiently.
Classes are aimed at the specific needs of runners, cyclists & triathletes. Small class size & block booking ensures you personal attention, with classes structured to progress and develop each week. Effective, safe, fun and suitable for all ability levels.
