Pilates/Core classes starting 17th October

Autumn is here and the focus of your training will be changing towards consolidation and base building or winter events. Training going well and you’re looking for an extra edge? Or been struggling with your form, posture or injury and wanting to make improvements? Then read on for details of Pilates classes especially for runners, cyclists and triathletes. These classes are focussed around the specific needs of runners, cyclists & triathletes and are concentrated on joint mobility, stability, balance, flexibility and core strength to maximise sporting efficiency and reduce the risk of related injuries – all vital components of fitness for sports people.
Small classes (maximum 10 people) ensure personal attention at all times, with focus on great technique to give you the most benefit from each individual move.
Use the benefit of my extensive experience as a Pilates Instructor, competitive runner and cyclist, plus much more to gain the experience and knowledge you need to reduce your injury risk and improve the efficiency of your athletic movements.
Classes are held within Renew Physio on Canning Street by Jenny MacLean with good bike parking, ample on street car parking & easy access to bus routes.
Booking is essential – the next eight week block starts on 17th October and costs £56. Classes run on Mondays 7-8pm and 8-9pm.
