New PB’s for Chris and Darren:
Chris O’Hare ran a new best time of 1:49.98 for 800m in the John Jacob Invitational, Oklahoma University.
Darren Gauson had a new PB in the 5000m at Mt Sac relays in Walnut, California with a time of 14:19.53
In the same meeting his brother Kris also impressed in the 1500m, with a first place in a time of 3:40.59
