Scottish Mens League, Grangemouth 30th August 2009

The Senior Men’s team were second in the final match of the Scottish Men’s League which meant they comfortably won  Division 1 for 2009  –  having been promoted from Div 2 at the end of  last season.

We built up a lot of points in the jumps with Long Jump, Triple Jump and High Jump all wins in ‘A’ and ‘B’ strings and 1st ‘A’ and 3rd ‘B’ in the Pole Vault. There were personal bests for Jay Younger (1st yr U17) 400m in 51.14, Allan Hamilton 400m 51.06 and Peter Loudon 800m 1.58.32.
