Well done to our senior ladies, Emma Dunnet, Madeleine Murray and Laura Dunn on there silver medal in the relay Championships.

Interesting results – they have me 15 seconds slower than my watch showed and our team finishing 12 seconds behind the team in front when I finished in a group?!!!
