Scottish Women’s Athletic League, Meadowbank ,22nd May 2011
The second meeting of the league held a very windy Meadowbank with wind speeds measuring up to +6.7.
Despite having a few spaces in the team,(especially in the jumps) we won the meeting with Tayside and Fife in second place.
With 10 events to go we were only 10 points in front, but with some fine results in the 1500m, Senior Javelin, U13 Shot and Senior Triple Jump plus winning all the relays we finished with 58 point lead.
Thanks to all officials and helpers for working in such difficult conditions.

Hi, to fill in the blank on the results, Emma Dunnett did the senior women’s 800m.

Hi. As a result of this still uncorrected mistake, there is now a new leader at the top of the U13 800m rankings! Tho they may have changed it by the time you look.

    It’s fine Derek. Po10 sorted it yesterday. The results on SA website still have Maya Page instead of Emma Dunnett. Consequently Maya Page had gone top of the U13 800m rankings with Emma’s time.
