Our Female runners  had an excellent day at Cumbernauld.
Young Females: Pippa Carcas, Eloise Walker, Zoe Bates won gold.
Senior Women: Freya Ross, Rachael Dunn, Madeleine Murray, won Gold.
Veteran Ladies: won bronze Karen Dobbie, Sharyn Ramage, and Jenny McLean.
Over 50’s Mens team of Andrew Latham, David Cross and Martin Ferguson won Bronze.
