In the U13 Girls race Katie Johnson finished in First place 12 seconds ahead of the second runner, but she unfortunately went on the wrong side of the tapes at a section which was not clearly marked and there was no marshal there, as a result Katie was disqualified and despite lodging an appeal she was not reinstated.
