World Masters Championships, Sacramento, California.

Congratulations to our athletes at the World Masters Championships they were:

Silver Medal: Sue Ridley (W45), 10,000m 40:08.90 ( running in a temperature of 85 degrees)
Bronze Medal: Martin Ferguson (M45) Martin was 10th in the Marathon in 3:10.32, leading team GB&NI to third place.
In the  1500m (W45), Sharyn Ramage was 12th in the Final.
